Not that this is dire conversation but I had this idea in highschool and never really asked anyone in the field about it - why aren't breast implants made of water since it seems like that would make is less of a problem if they leaked? At firs tI thought - duh, cause they'd freeze, but body heat, they wouldn't, right?
