dumb thought

Here is a dumb thought:  Therapy, at least as much as I have been exposed to, is rooted in almost narcissistic individualism, which works well for an individual with funding and perpetuates an elite that could not otherwise exist and that goes entirely against religious empathy.  That said, isn't the wild, being poor, supposed to direct people towards survival of the fittest?  And yet a religion like catholicism is considered the opiate of the masses...
