here is the funniest idea EVER: close down banks behaving badly. open up newer, smaller banks and hire bright eyed underqualified candidates who just want to make a lot and have done little to no research into the collapse. bait them with the same ideas that caused first crash. hilarity ensues. (that is not what this article says, but it sparked my mind)
